Welcome to the
City of Creola

We, in the City of Creola, welcome you to North Mobile county. If you are thinking about locating to Creola or have already moved here, you will find that we are a “City on the move.” Over the past few years, our population has been on the rise. Despite this increasing growth, Creola has been able to maintain the ambience of a small town where people are friendly and caring, and newcomers soon become good friends. Creola is located in Mobile County, Alabama, just off I-65. We are 19 miles north of Mobile, 50 miles west of Pensacola, FL, and 150 miles south of Montgomery, the State Capital.

The Gulf of Mexico’s beaches and Mobile Bay fishing areas can be enjoyed leisurely on a day off. Abundant fresh water fishing on rivers and hunting advantages in Mobile County add to the enjoyment of living in Creola. Our location is convenient to Mobile and Pensacola, and we are only an hour away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There are outstanding hospitals in Mobile which are only a few moments away. Our area provides churches of major denominations, as well as excellent schools that excel in academics and athletics. We welcome you to North Mobile County and will be happy to assist you in making your transition a pleasant one.
